"Dr. Lisa, Hannah, Parker and the rest of the staff at the Prince Creek office gave me excellent care relieving piriformis, gluteus medius and other muscle pains in my right hip. They listened to my concerns and adjusted therapy as needed. This was my first time with PRS but not the first time for therapy related to my piriformis muscle. I highly recommend them to anyone suffering from piriformis muscle pain. "

"I was in the office last Thursday and I must applaud the staff for the way they dealt with an obnoxious new patient. Dr. Karl used so much tact. The patient was yelling,not giving the staff a chance to speak to answer his questions. I was tempted to tell the man off but Karl handled him with patience and professionalism. Bravo to all the staff at Little River."

"I would highly recommend Dr.Defalco and his truly great staff at Professional Rehabilitation Services @ 48-n Myrtle Beach ,S.C..I received P.T. on my ankle after a trimalleor fracture with dislocation and two subsequent surgeries.The treatment protocol that I followed in P.T. was tailored by Dr. Defalco and his staff.The Physical Therapy regiment was tailored specifically for my injury and the repairs made during my ankle reconstruction. This attention to detail in my rehab regiment allowed me to improve beyond what is typically seen with such a severe ankle injury. I arrived at Dr Defalco's Rehab services after a stint with a rehab service provider that approached recovery with a "one size fits all" program which yielded no results. After some research, Dr. Defalco and Professional Rehab Services were overwhelmingly recommended by medical professionals that I consulted with as well as numerous former patients. "This has been a life changing experience for me. Hip arthritis has plagued me since 2012. It affected my sleep, my daily activities; walking, sitting, getting in and out of the car, and other tasks. I was considering surgery. I stopped my fun activities and experienced pain all the time. In seven months they transformed my life! I have no pain now in any activities. I am now surfing again and having fun. My anger from continuous pain is gone. I sleep all night and I no longer worry about dropping to the ground from crushing hip pain. "I am recovering from Guillian-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which has left me with pain and weakness, damaged nerves, etc. Since being released from my final rehab hospital, I have been coming to see Karl and his staff. I feel very fortunate that I came here! The therapy I have received here has been phenominal. My strength in my arms and hands has increased literally 400%. I can do more normal activities, return to work, and resume more normal life. I was an avid cyclist, riding 100+ miles per week. After my GBS paralysis, it was impossible for me to get back on any of my bicycles. However, since I have been a patient here, I have got back on the bike, even managed to go for a 30-mile bike ride! This has helped my spirit and mind beyond measure! It's a slow process, as all healing is, but Karl and his troops like Kimmie are professionals and know their stuff. I am and will remain grateful."

10/8/2013 – This is my experience with Professional Rehabilitation Services. My only hope is that anyone with the back pain that I experienced would seek professional and medical consultation about the source of that pain, and that they would end up with this organization.

It started in the middle of my back to the point that I was constantly putting “Icy Hot Patches” or any other pain relieving medications on my back. But it was interfering with my lifestyle.

I am 76 years old, but pretty active for my age. This pain was not one I could live with, so I went to my primary physician, had numerous x-rays and was found to not have any real bone or disc damage. So, my doctor referred me to Professional Rehabilitation Services.

That was the best decision of my life. They determined that I had discs that were stuck in my back and so they set up a program for me that would loosen up those discs. That has happened.

My pain has gone away and I am beginning to live my full life again. I am still going to be sure that this problem does not come back, and they will give me exercises to do when I am done with my program.

I cannot begin to tell how impressed I have been with Dr. Brian, Jim, Vanessa, Katy & Jesse. They are the most caring, kind and impressive individuals I have ever encountered. So is their office staff.

If you have a problem like I have had, do not hesitate to contact this firm. They are incredible.

10/13/2013 – The treatment I received at Professional Rehabilitation Services was outstanding. Let me qualify that: I was a Paramedic for 35 years, have had a broken ankle and two broken back injuries with herniated discs at L4 and L5. I have had rehab at Kernan’s Hospital and John Hopkins, both in Baltimore, and I feel the attention and treatment that I received at Professional Rehabilitation Services was far superior.

The attention I received as well as advice and just the constant help were always there. It was not a “Go thru the motions process”. The staff actually cared and paid attention to what I was doing all the time. It was quite obvious they enjoyed what they were doing and enjoyed helping people.
