Two years with consistent services for my long term pain. I’m up to 13,000 steps - before… virtually invalid. Jeff goes out of his way to keep me informed and progressing. Richard is a beast. His hands can break rocks and knots in my musculature system. Highly recommend these folks. Front staff even “comps” sessions now and again. 😂

I cannot say enough good things about Rich, Jeff, Dawn and Garrett! Professional rehab is by far the best rehabilitation facility in the Myrtle Beach area. I am in my '70s and remain very active in two local dance groups as well as attend classes at the gym. In the past year I have had knee, ankle and back issues which professional rehab has resolved successfully so I can keep dancing and doing what I love! Thank you so much and I know where to find you if needed!

Everyone at Professional Rehab is very nice, helpful, accommodating…I had been suffering with sudden onset vertigo, aka BPPV, for 2 weeks when I took it upon myself to look for a professional who knew how to treat it..
Following my evaluation and initial treatment with Rich I felt soooooo much better! He took the time to explain what was going on in my inner ear and how he would take me through maneuvers that should help resolve my vertigo symptoms, and he was true to his word! I could walk without holding on to the walls and felt normal again!!!!
I returned to work a few days later good as new, alleluia.
So thankful for Rich and his whole staff. I highly recommend you trust them with your care.

I wanted to take the time to share a refreshingly honest review of this place, based on my own experience.
From the moment you walk into this physical therapy facility, you can feel that this is not just a workplace, it's a team that genuinely cares. I was in a lot of pain, and they truly turned a difficult recovery into a positive, even enjoyable experience, as they made me feel uplifted.
The leadership here sets the tone. Dr. Brandon Stanley is an outstanding professional. He combines professionalism, kindness, and genuine empathy in a way that immediately puts patients at ease. He leads with enthusiasm and purpose, and it shows in everything: the organization, the atmosphere, and the way every patient is treated, that kind of leadership is really appreciated and it makes a real difference. You can tell he doesn’t just manage he inspires, and that energy carries through the entire team.
Then there’s Rally Stuart, he brings a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. At first, he approaches you with a very structured, professional demeanor, but once he gets to know you, he becomes genuinely invested in your recovery. He pays close attention to detail, keeps excellent track of progress, and he cheers you on for both, your small and large achievements in your recovery. He supports not only the people receiving PT, but also his coworkers. And yes, it must be said—his shoes were always impressively clean. A small detail, but it reflects the pride he takes in his work. Keep it up!!
Nicole Spivey, is highly skilled and clearly very talented. She may be a bit more reserved than the others, but her dedication speaks for itself. She knows her craft well, and if you get her talking about baseball, you might just see a different side of her! You might even catch glimpses of her passion for the sport, a touch that I personally believe adds a fun, personal flair.
And Bill Togneri, the tall young student, currently doing his practice hours, he is an absolute gem. He is attentive, polite, and incredibly respectful—especially with the elderly. What stands out most is his curiosity and willingness to learn. He asks thoughtful questions and truly listens, which says a lot about his character and future. If this is what he’s like now, his career is going to be something special. I almost forgot he's also really good at taking selfies. He tries to accommodate persistent people like me. I basically badgered him into snapping a gazillion photos of them. Thanks Bill for a great photographic recall. I loved it.
Most importantly, the entire team, including the reception staff, played a vital role in my recovery from a work-related back-shoulder injury. They were patient, encouraging, and provided constant support every step of the way. Healing isn’t always easy, but you guys made the journey feel supported and hopeful. Gracias chamos! 🫶
So, if you’re looking for a place where professionalism meets compassion (with a little bit of humor and personality along the way), this is it. Highly recommend!

This is the best place for rehab. Dr. Zach, Dr. Sam, and Sara are so caring and understand the need to work through the pain to get healing. The atmosphere is genuinely happy and it makes it so much easier to do the tasks necessary for success!

We are spending our winter in Myrtle Beach and recently I had hand surgery in my home state that required physical therapy. After doing some online research to see who our insurance company would cover and checking reviews, I decided to try Professional Rehabilitation Services (PRS).
I called to set up an initial appointment before leaving home and spoke with Dawn. She was very pleasant, helpful and sent me all of the information I needed. In total I had 17 appointments. At every appointment I received a friendly welcome.
I went from barely being able to use my hand to complete usefulness. Rich DeFalco was very knowledgeable on what worked best for me and his staff was awesome. On my last visit I was given all the instructions needed to continue my exercises as needed at home.
If I am in the Myrtle Beach area again (I am here every year) and need physical therapy again there will be no need for additional research, I know where I will be going. I would recommend PRS to anyone looking for quality physical therapy.
Thank you

The staff at PRS are an excellent team. I have had a great experience working with them. Dawn & Jared in the office kept up to date on my account and scheduling. Rich, Jeff and Faye were awesome to work with. I want to thank all of you for guidance and patience.

My physical therapy treatment for rotator cuff bursitis was a success due to the expertise of Lisa and her team of physical therapists, Parker and Hannah, at the Murrells Inlet location. The atmosphere of the office and treatment room was friendly and attentive to your needs. They explained your treatment and answered any questions you had regarding it. I was offered dry needling treatment and was skeptical, at first, but very happy that I chose to have it done due to the favorable results I had. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
Gail Crawford from Prince Creek
I was treated for bursitis in one hip, which was very painful. After a cortisone injection by my doctor, I still needed therapy to help me through recovery. Rich and his staff were attentive, friendly, and supportive, amping up the therapy at each visit so at the end of 4 weeks I was walking with no pain and able to go out and take a 2 mile walk the same day I was discharged. They gave me the tools to hopefully prevent the bursitis from returning. I would return to Professional Rehab Services if needed and would recommend them to others needing PT.

I have had multiple major back surgeries and I have made so much progress after getting treated here. I am able to do things I couldn't for years and find myself in less pain every week! If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.

They have provided physical therapy that has enabled me to progressively improve from a state of not being able to walk to now where I am able to jog, ride my bike, and participate in physical activities that I wasn't sure I was ever going to be able to again. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Have helped both my husband and me. My husband had a severe three year condition no one knew what to do with and they were able to determine the issue and resolve it. They are now doing the same for me, great people!!
