Very thorough in exercises and treatment to remedy problem. I was having serious pain in my back because of arthritis and bad posture habits through the years. In two months the pain is greatly improved and I am equipped with a number of exercises to use to help maintain a healthier back. Many kudos to Professional Rehab - Rich, Jeff and Faye!

Professional Rehab is hands down the best physical therapy service in the Grand Strand area. I had 4 knee surgeries and was so bound up with scar tissue. I walked with a severe hitch and could not bend my knee at all. I went to specialists in Charleston - they told me they couldn't help and "it is what it is". I went to a variety of PT places in Myrtle Beach trying to find someone to help me with no luck. In my continued search, I found Professional Rehab on 48th Ave in Myrtle Beach - had a consult with Rich DeFalco - and long story short, he changed my life. I now walk normally and don't have any pain. He completely resolved my scar tissue. Rich has more knowledge than any other PT place I tried - and I tried many! My knee surgeon couldn't believe my progress - and actually called to recognize him and the results! Additionally, his staff is great - Jeff, Faye, Dawn & Garrett. So helpful - they are an amazing team. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

I came to PRS after having a motor vehicle accident and had some neck/ back pain. I was seen by Summer & Katie after having my eval with Brian and I was able to get back into normal day to day activities without having neck/back pain.

I have had vertigo symptoms for a while and I have always seen Brian for it when it flares. The staff are all excellent and scheduling was not difficult at all.

Professional and friendly team with all the knowledge to help you through your Rehabilitation process, Tori was great, Rick leads the team, Walker also very good to work with. All around a good team and positive experience
