This is the best place for rehab. Dr. Zach, Dr. Sam, and Sara are so caring and understand the need to work through the pain to get healing. The atmosphere is genuinely happy and it makes it so much easier to do the tasks necessary for success!

We are spending our winter in Myrtle Beach and recently I had hand surgery in my home state that required physical therapy. After doing some online research to see who our insurance company would cover and checking reviews, I decided to try Professional Rehabilitation Services (PRS). I called to set up an initial appointment before leaving home and spoke with Dawn. She was very pleasant, helpful and sent me all of the information I needed. In total I had 17 appointments. At every appointment I received a friendly welcome. I went from barely being able to use my hand to complete usefulness. Rich DeFalco was very knowledgeable on what worked best for me and his staff was awesome. On my last visit I was given all the instructions needed to continue my exercises as needed at home. If I am in the Myrtle Beach area again (I am here every year) and need physical therapy again there will be no need for additional research, I know where I will be going. I would recommend PRS to anyone looking for quality physical therapy. Thank you

Great customer service. Professional staff

My physical therapy treatment for rotator cuff bursitis was a success due to the expertise of Lisa and her team of physical therapists, Parker and Hannah, at the Murrells Inlet location. The atmosphere of the office and treatment room was friendly and attentive to your needs. They explained your treatment and answered any questions you had regarding it. I was offered dry needling treatment and was skeptical, at first, but very happy that I chose to have it done due to the favorable results I had. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

I was treated for bursitis in one hip, which was very painful. After a cortisone injection by my doctor, I still needed therapy to help me through recovery. Rich and his staff were attentive, friendly, and supportive, amping up the therapy at each visit so at the end of 4 weeks I was walking with no pain and able to go out and take a 2 mile walk the same day I was discharged. They gave me the tools to hopefully prevent the bursitis from returning. I would return to Professional Rehab Services if needed and would recommend them to others needing PT.

I’m so happy with my experience with Professional Rehabilitation Services! I had a complex tear of my right medial meniscus at the posterior horn and was hobbling from it after exercising. Rich DeFalco DPT and his staff brought me back to no pain or hobbling with no surgery. And I am back to running and exercising normally! Thank you all!

I’m not too good giving business reviews but I’m happy to give Professional Rehabilitation Services the BEST. I have used their 48TH AVE location for knee replacement, 2 rotator cuffs, and most recently lower back issues which prevented me from standing upright or walking without unbearable pain. I can’t give enough praise! From scheduling, to physical and emotional care they are the best. I’ve been to 3 other rehabilitation facilities in the area so I can truthfully say from experience, this crew goes above and beyond what I experienced elsewhere. THANKYOU I’m now able to hike in the woods again!

I took my mom to PT here and the orange haired front desk lady had a terrible attitude I didn’t see her smile not once. My mom is so sweet and she treated her like a nuisance. Didn’t catch the PT therapists name but he was amazing. Sweet and understanding he took time to listen and was very friendly. I recommend this place for therapy but hopefully their customer service is fixed.

I came here with an open mind and great expectation unfortunately Luke did an amazing job. I am most pleased with the results as I am with the pleasant happy atmosphere that starts with Stephanie and continues throughout the entire experience. You won’t find a better place that listens and actually gives you results than this highly recommended. John Luongo.
