Hiking and long distance walking have always been an important part of my life! Growing older, walking became more difficult, and pain made me hesitant to walk and stay active. When x-rays revealed "mild" bilateral degenerative hip arthritis, I thought "if this is mild, I never want to get to moderate". Enter Professional Rehabilitation Services! I truly credit everyone there with helping me to get my life back! From my initial evaluation, through those first massages that hurt like crazy (while doing a great job of loosening my muscles), to learning different stretching exercises and alternate ways to perform them, I knew things were improving. Over the course of my treatment, I experienced a couple setbacks. Once because of sitting in the car for a very long ride, and the other due to a quick twisting motion that left me gasping in pain. In each case, my concerns were addressed and helpful suggestions made. Even then, recovery seemed quicker. Now, I feel I have tools to prevent certain things from happening and also to address any issues that do occur. I'm truly thankful to Parker, Sam and Payton for their encouragement, patience and knowledgeable care. Tatiana and Jacob were also very helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. I was always greeted warmly, and the entire team always made me feel welcome. Honestly, I can't recommend them highly enough! I may not be ready to walk a marathon or hike 10 miles on the Palmetto Trail, but I'm also not fearful that a 3 to 5 mile walk will have me near tears and in pain for days.

I received care at the Murrells Inlet location. The entire experience was pleasant and professional, starting with Tatiana at the front desk who always has a smile. As a retired PT of 45 yrs. I can attest to the knowledge of my PT, Sam Ramlow, and the care plan he devised. Although I was not personally treated by Parker, PTA, I observed him to be knowledgeable & professional in his care of the patients as well. Both were excellent in listening to the patients, modifying the treatment plan as needed and providing home exercises that allowed the patient to be an active participant in their care. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I had a fantastic first experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome. A special thanks to Kennedy, who was incredibly attentive during my intake process. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I was glad to schedule my next appointment. It’s rare to find such a pleasant, professional start to a new medical provider. The front desk can truly make or break in a first impression and they nailed it.

Not sure what Kayla was talking about but the front desk staff was amazing! Very friendly and caring, made sure all ly paperwork was sent over in a timely manner and showed the facility was very flexible when it came to scheduling my appointment. The PT staff was also truly amazing. Loved how Brandon took the time to educate me on my knee problem. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I was privileged to receive 8 weeks of Physical Therapy from the staff at Little River. I found them knowledgeable, curteous and compassionate. Every therapist that worked with me was well aware of my limitations and made sure that I didn't over extend myself in my exercise regimen. The program that was set up for me was very successful I am presently using it at home now. My overall experience was excellent.

Had back surgery and received my PT at the Pawleys office, the staff and therapist were great to work with. They came up with a plan and I'm feeling stronger and no pain. Would recommend Professional Rehabilitation Services.
