I found Professional Rehabilitation Services that was close to my home, and I am so grateful that I found Mackenzie Thacker. I had fallen in July and broke my arm and after the healing process started my doctor told me that it was time to start Physical Therapy. I stopped in the Forrest Brook location and scheduled my first visit. When I first started my therapy, I had little to no movement in my broken arm. I completed 16 visits with Mackenzie, and I am now around 85% improvement. The treatment that Mackenzie offers and has completed is beyond what I ever imagined. I would highly recommend anyone that needs any type of Physical Therapy to visit this location, and you will be glad that you did. The atmosphere in this location is awesome. I also want to give a shout out to her receptionist Felicia that reached out to me several times via phone calls just to check and see how I was doing.

My time with Kayla Carlisle PT has been wonderful. Her and her secretary Miss Michele are very nice. Would recommend your services to anyone

My primary referred me to PT for my right shoulder. Dr. Mackenzie Thacker at Forestbrook took me under her wing and treatment was excellent. I could not move my right arm above may shoulder and putting on a shirt was painful. Now I am able to do so with moderate discomfort. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mackenzie. Just an overall great experience.

I was dealing with Bicep tendinitis and was told by Ortho Dr. That they thought PT would help I was skeptical, but Dr. Mackenzie Thacker did an amazing job educating me about my problem and putting me through the stretching exercises that has made a huge improvement in my shoulder! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking this type of treatment!

I was seen for BPPV and so thankful that Dr. Taylor Dawley was able to help me. She was able to get the situation under control and I'm happy I'm no longer experiencing the scary symptoms of BPPV. I was scheduled for knee replacement and not thrilled with any of the three therapy offices I had used previously in the area. I felt like being on an assembly line behind schedule all the time. I have been going to Dr. Taylor Dawley for about two months, and she has helped me more than I can imagine. I had issues with my TMJ and had been to several doctors. With her expertise and caring I feel so much better. The patience she showed with me and her wonderful personality was so helpful, as I was in a lot of pain. I felt so comfortable with her and her staff. I would recommend Professional Rehabilitation Services in Carolina Forest for anyone dealing with any physical issues they may have.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was. I was in a lot of pain when I started but 3 months later I was stronger and more balanced. Most of all I was having many more pain free days. Thanks for all your support and encouragement along the way. I would highly recommend this place.

This is the second time i have used Professional Rehabilitation for PT. First for lower back issues and now for rehab from s fractured knee cap. They are very capable and friendly I have always felt comfortable and that they had my best interest at heart!

In today's busy world, people don't take the time to thank those that make a difference in our lives, so I'm taking a minute to do so. I've been a patient of Professional Rehab for several years with different therapists but Taylor Dawes has been one if the best. I've seen her for my back and hip issues and am very impressed with her knowledge and effectiveness, as well as her uplifting personality and healing touch. We become attached to our physical therapists as we see them so often, but not always do we consider them friends as well. Even though sometimes I don't feel up to going to a session, when finished I always feel better. Thanks Taylor for being so kind and compassionate, you're one of the best!!

Brian and the ladies that work with you during your visit are attentive, and pleasant. The ease of setting up appointments are convenient. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant. Know you by name very personable. The facility is clean and each room is always wiped down and cleaned after each use.

Dr Taylor Dawley at Professional Rehabilation Services at Carolina Forest is the best! I had struggled with vertigo and vestibular issues. She evaluated me and came up with a treatment plan that has changed my life, as I am now feeling like myself again. Thank you so much Taylor! You have been amazing!!
