I have successfully completed 4 months of PT for rotator cuff tendinitis in both shoulders. Dr. Richard and his professional staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the results I was hoping for.

I just completed 5 months of PT at the Murrells Inlet office of Professional Rehabilitation Services for significant back and knee issues. I have had numerous PT from other providers over the past 25+ years, but never before at this location. This is by far the most professional, comprehensive and thorough PT I have ever experienced - from the very friendly, kind, competent and efficient office staff, to the initial evaluation, to each and every therapy session, to the final evaluation before discharge! Dr. Lisa O'Brien uses her wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise during her comprehensive evaluations and individualized hands-on therapeutic treatments. Her excellent PTAS (Hannah, Parker and Summer) are consistently organized with an individualized therapy plan for every visit. Both Lisa and her PTAS monitor you during your exercises to ensure your safety and proper form for maximum results/progress. I have never before experienced a PT who, after completing the initial evaluation, remains present on the therapy floor every day, all day, to supervise, give advice and patiently answer questions. It is a tremendous advantage for both patients and PTAs to have the PT so available and approachable! In addition to the technical expertise of Lisa and her PTAs, every one of them is genuinely caring, personally engaged and dedicated. They are very professional, and at the same time very warm, caring, upbeat people who always have an encouraging smile and sense of humor. They are definitely medicine for the body and the mind! This is a very special and unique PT group whom I most highly recommend and for whom I am so very grateful!

I have been going to Professional Rehab Services in Publix Center Prince Creek since December 2024. During this time with the help of Lisa, Hannah, and Parker they have helped me through rehab of both full ankle replacements and most recently my left knee replacement. Could not ask for better PT than these folks. I am grateful for the friendly and excellent service they provided.

Outstanding results

Great experience and a very caring and professional staff. If you are in pain either muscular or skeletal, give them a try, you will not be sorry. They were able to solve my back pain, and resolve pain in my hip and knee at the same time. Your time will be worth the visits.

I definitely recommend my friends and other people to come to this Physical Rehab. Each one of the therapists are knowledgeable and kind. They make you feel right at home.They go out of their way to make sure you get better. Dr. Zack wants his team to make you feel comfortable . I know people get massages and loved it. I had both knees and right shoulder replaced and my recovery was great due their expertise. I know you will be happy with this rehab. It’s the BEST!!

I Barbara Gates just completed almost 2 months of Physical Therapy with Lisa, Hannah and Parker who made me into the person I was before my replacement knee surgery!! In reality I am improved more so as I walk not bent or crooked as I did before! At home even though I miss my PT I have now begun riding my regular bicycle up and down the neighborhood and feel very comfortrable and safe. My husband and I take walks of a mile plus. Thank you so much for guiding me the way to all recovery. It sure is difficult to say goodbye when you're so close by.

I have throughly enjoyed my therapy sessions at Professional Rehabilitation Services. Ricky, Luke and Torre are great. The environment in the Surfside office is remarkably professional and friendly. And Destiny always greets with a smile.

The professionalism is differently outstanding. The care and time given to me by staff was phenomenal.. The only problem I had was, I didn’t want to leave!’. I miss them for the help and just the talks… Good people

The care has been exceptional! The staff is professional and they have helped me heal way beyond my expectations. They are hands on, caring, and nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing rehab. I have been to other facilities and nothing compares to this place. If I ever need rehab in the future, I will only come back to this place for success.

My brother is recovering from a stroke. These therapists are the best he has had since being discharged from the hospital. Very personal, hands on service and my brother loves his therapist.

After getting shin splints during marathon training, Dr. Zach and the team were AMAZING! They listen, explain, and felt like family during the healing process. Highly recommend for anyone going to PT for the first time.
