I’ve twice used the Little River office. For my right knee in 2022, and most recently for an impinged nerve from my neck. We joke that PT stands for “Physical Torture”, but Dr. Brandon Stanley and the other therapists make the visit a positive experience in an upbeat manner. Knowledgeable. Caring. Compassionate. I learned all this in 2022. So when the need arose in 2025, I asked my doctor to refer me to Professional Rehabilitation Services in Little River. We live right across the state line in NC and pass several PT offices on our drive to Little River. And the reason is Dr. Stanley. I know I’m in qualified hands. We trust him with my rehab. He sets a wonderful example for the PT staff in that he is not only interested in your PT journey but interested in the person too. It’s a holistic approach. The dry needling he administers is a game changer as well. When the insurance company recently dragged their feet on next set of approvals, as busy as he is, Dr. Stanley got involved to help expedite so we would not lose the momentum in recovery. We’ve accomplished a lot toward regaining strength. 🙌🏻 I recommend PRS to anyone who needs PT. Great practice. Great people.

PRS, Dr DeFalco & his team are the "best". I've been a patient for many years when running injuries creep up. He has multiple treatments and techniques to draw from. For me, ART (Active Release Technique) is the most helpful treatment for my running ailments and most PTs are not certified! He's a gem!

Professional Rehabilitation Services provides excellent services. The office staff are friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments. The consult done by Dr. Richard DeFalco was clearly presented as to the problem and corrective action. The physical therapists are expert in their description of the exercise to be completed and watchful that you are completing it correctly. The atmosphere is convivial as well as professional. I am grateful for their excellent and professional care.

Just am so pleased with this facility and staff.

My problem was solved quickly and only needed a total of 4 visits. All of the staff that worked with me (3 people) were attentive, friendly and showed a caring concern for me. I would absolutely recommend Professional Rehabilitation Services (Myrtle Beach office) to others.

I live in Murrells Inlet and making the trip to myrtle beach is worth it cause of the obvious wonderful mgmt and staff in this office. I'm sure the other branches are very nice and run equally professionally as well. I'll be driving the distance to 48th

Being from out of state I did not know what to expect from a different physical therapy center. Iam very pleased with the results.
