I’m so happy with my experience with Professional Rehabilitation Services! I had a complex tear of my right medial meniscus at the posterior horn and was hobbling from it after exercising. Rich DeFalco DPT and his staff brought me back to no pain or hobbling with no surgery. And I am back to running and exercising normally! Thank you all!

I’m not too good giving business reviews but I’m happy to give Professional Rehabilitation Services the BEST. I have used their 48TH AVE location for knee replacement, 2 rotator cuffs, and most recently lower back issues which prevented me from standing upright or walking without unbearable pain. I can’t give enough praise! From scheduling, to physical and emotional care they are the best. I’ve been to 3 other rehabilitation facilities in the area so I can truthfully say from experience, this crew goes above and beyond what I experienced elsewhere. THANKYOU I’m now able to hike in the woods again!

I took my mom to PT here and the orange haired front desk lady had a terrible attitude I didn’t see her smile not once. My mom is so sweet and she treated her like a nuisance. Didn’t catch the PT therapists name but he was amazing. Sweet and understanding he took time to listen and was very friendly. I recommend this place for therapy but hopefully their customer service is fixed.

I came here with an open mind and great expectation unfortunately Luke did an amazing job. I am most pleased with the results as I am with the pleasant happy atmosphere that starts with Stephanie and continues throughout the entire experience. You won’t find a better place that listens and actually gives you results than this highly recommended. John Luongo.

I went to another physical therapy place. This facility is much better. Luke is very knowledgeable and Stephanie is very nice person.

I’m new to town and so grateful I found Professional Rehabilitation. Dr. Luke has been helping me a lot with my back pain. Everyone is professional, friendly, and caring. I highly recommend this place for physical therapy.

Professional Rehab is just that—professional, compassionate and knowledgeable about what to do to make their patients better. I could not have asked for a better experience to rehabilitate my shoulder. My mobility has greatly improved and my pain is practically gone. Along the way everyone was so positive and caring. I highly recommend this office in Pawleys Island.

I started going to Professional Rehabilitation Services to be build strength and mobility . I have osteoarthritis in knee and shoulder, osteoporosis and neck issues. I was nervous about starting rehab. From the moment I walked into office front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Richard DeFalco examined me and I started PT immediately. Richard is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of therapy and very trained in his schooling. Top notch in his field. His team of therapist are the best. They truly care about you and want to help you succeed in obtaining your goals. Richard works right along side of them to ensure everything is going OK. Richard and his team work one on one with you and stay be your side during sessions and are always taking notes. Rich is very attentive. After almost 3 months of therapy, I can honestly say I feel much better in my strength and mobility . If I need PT again for any reason, I would only go back there. Thank you Rich and team. Professional Rehabilitation Services is top notch! All of their staff are excellent! I'd like to give a shout out to Lisa, Parker, Hannah, Summer for providing excellent service and quality PT care and the office staff, Tatiana, Maddie & Brenda for setting timely appointments and efficiency in providing texts and ample reminders.

Several months ago I needed PT…my beautician recommended Kayla & Professional Rehabilitation Services in Longs, SC…I went & was pleasantly surprised because I have been to 3 others in the area who didn’t help much! In my opinion & experience, Kayla is the best in my area…I also have to mention Michelle at the front desk…she’s very nice & will work with you re: scheduling! This is my go to for PT!

I have attended the physical therapy facility for the past 3 months. It was so pleasant there. Lisa, Hannah, Summer and Parker are such wonderful people. They care so much for their patients . I really enjoyed their dedication.

I have successfully completed 4 months of PT for rotator cuff tendinitis in both shoulders. Dr. Richard and his professional staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the results I was hoping for.
