PRS Continues to Grow

Professional Rehabilitation Services (PRS) consists of a group of privately owned Outpatient Physical Therapy Facilities located throughout the Grand Strand. Established in 2004, PRS has continued to grow by adding a total of six locations in the past 13 years. We pride ourselves in providing state-of-the-art Physical Therapy by continuing to grow our business and ourselves through continuing education geared towards outpatient orthopaedics. Our top notch manual skills and services provided to each individual makes the PRS difference.

Lisa O'Brien

We would like to introduce you to Lisa O'Brien PT, DPT, Cert. DN who has been with our company for 1 year. Lisa received her BS degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from James Madison University in 2010. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University (SU) in 2015. While in training, Lisa was honored to help others in need by participating in the SU medical missions group. In 2014, she traveled to Panama where she visited orphanages and aided in the treatment of infants to school aged children who faced many types of disorders and disabilities. Due to her found passion for mission trips, she left again in 2015 for another mission to Ecuador. While abroad, she provided a wide range of services to the community and helped train a local occupational therapist to allow for continued care after the group departed.

Shortly after graduating, Lisa received her certification in dry needling and received training to advance her spinal manipulation techniques. She has a passion for helping others and strives to provide the best care to each patient while setting a professional yet comfortable atmosphere for all patients. Lisa has been practicing in the Horry/Georgetown area for 2 years now.

So now it is time to spill the beans! We are eager to announce our Murrells Inlet office with be moving to a new location opening early October 2017. The new clinic will be located in the Prince Creek Village Shopping Center and will be managed by Lisa O'Brien PT, DPT, Cert. DN. Our new clinic is located off Hwy 707 in the Publix Shopping Center.
